Very good location at the top end of the village, close to the church and two good pubs. Attractive cottage, with a number of original features. Parking was available nearby.
Good rear garden.
As with all older character properties, some cracking to the plasterwork and odd features are to be expected, but as many others have noted, the level of cleanliness is quite low - with only the main surfaces having been dealt with. This, together with the pretty awful state of the carpets on the ground floor, let the property down and yet is something that could so easily be rectified.

A sweet little cottage in a very quiet cul-de-sac by the church. The house was clean and comfortable once problems had been sorted out -see below. Parking was freely available at all times.
The agent was responsive to our problems.
The heating did not work on arrival and took the agent some time to sort out.
The TV never worked. Anyway, there was no normal channels available even if it had been working.
The toilet was running continually despite the plumber fixing the main flow.
Crockery and cutlery was minimal, eg only 4 plates etc. All the council bins were full.
