Đầu tiên nói về ưu điểm: là khách sạn ổn nhất trong khu vực, phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, đa số các phòng đều có nước nóng, có các vật dụng cơ bản đối với khách sạn 1 sao (tủ lạnh, tủ quần áo, phòng tắm có khăn, dầu gội,...)
Tiếp theo là những điều cần cải thiện: wifi khá tệ, bị mất kết nối liên tục; phòng khá nhỏ, phòng 1 giường tầm 10m2; thái độ của chủ khách sạn khá khó chịu, nhân viên thì ổn; vì địa điểm giữa khu đất trống nên côn trùng khá nhiều.
