Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Oro Plaza Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Mohamed Alaa, den Manager des Hotels. Seine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Er hat sich persönlich darum gekümmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
