Luxurious hotel near by golden temple
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality extended by Miss Rajveer during our stay at hotel pacific grand Amritsar. From the reception to the restaurant, she was always present with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude.
Miss Rajveer is extremely kind, humble, and courteous. Her willingness to assist, attention to detail, and calm professionalism made the entire stay comfortable and pleasant. It is rare to see someone manage multiple areas so effortlessly while still making guests feel valued and welcomed.

I had a wonderful and truly comfortable stay . The staff are extremely warm, hospitable, and well-trained .The room service team was very courteous and prompt — a special mention to Mr. Gourav who was consistently attentive, checked in on my needs, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The food was excellent, with great taste and quality .
Overall, the hotel delivers exceptional hospitality, and I truly appreciate the efforts . I would highly recommend this property.
