The view & location were perfect!
Only the fact there was no hot water but not a major problem as there was an electric shower

The view amazing. Nice newly renovated cottage
Due to us travelling for 4 months we needed to cook. A few more cooking utensils would have make that easier. And a manual from the owner on operation of washer dryer and where to locate things would have been nice but didn't take anything away from the lovely place it was.

The view is excellent. Location is tricky with small roads
Needs better maintenance- plants outside had grown a lot and came in the way of moving about.

Comfortable beds
Very dated interior
Kitchen very small and poorly equipped. Plinths all loose.
Hot water - when tap turned on it sounds like a jet engine about to explode.
Bath dangerously slippery - needs shower mat
Wooden floors very creaky and noisy.
Two main double glazed windows blown, completely spoiling view from inside. Draught coming through the one lounge window that opens even when it’s shut. Very old double glazing generally.
Lock to front door very difficult to lock/unlock; paint worn off handle, needs replacing before lock jams altogether.
Curtain track fell off when curtains pulled back; had to stand on chair to clip it back up.
Garden area not well maintained - untidy; plants obstructing pathways/steps
Glass panels around deck incomplete (doesn’t reach side of house, so there is a gap dogs/children can get through), and 2 panels have dropped from their metal brackets.
Property tired and not at all homely, feels like an old Ikea showroom with no real comfort or quality.
We were invited to look round the property next door (cheaper) and there is no comparison. 1 Rosemount is very poor value in every way except for its location
