Hot Bedroom/ AC Broken/ No replacement

The unit was very nice. It had all the beach supplies we needed, too. BUT the AC unit in the bedroom did not work, and it got hot. No manager on site, but we communicated via email. AC repair was scheduled for the next day, but had to reschedule. Another hot night. The fan in the closet didn't work either. :( AC repairman arrived on 3rd day, shut off all AC. Told us it was broken and needed a new AC pump. Third night, no AC, hot bedroom. We decided to leave. It's a shame that the property management didn't take care of us or the unit. I hope the owners are told about what happened.

We wish the management would have respected our stay and taken care of us. 3 nights in a hot bedroom is not what we paid for.

Both AC units were broken for several days - management worked on having it repaired, and supplied a portable that would only cool the bedroom, but it was pretty uncomfortable until they did. The day the repair was maiden the AC unit in the bedroom leaked into it closet and all over our clothes and luggage.

Clean and comfortable. Easy location to explore this side of the island
