Great location. 3-4 monutes walk to the Champs Elysees. Very french which was a draw card. Very clean. Felt very safe. Great cafe across the road. Allowed us to enjoy Paris.

The only reason its a 9/10 instead of 10/10 is the bed in the master bedroom was not that comfortable. Every one likes something different but we assume it was 2 beds put together as the middle of the bed was like a big lump.

Zu wenig Handtücher (wir waren 6 Personen und hatten für eine Woche nur 6 Duschtücher und kein Handtuch) leider haben wir keine Antwort auf unsere Fragen der Vermieter erhalten

Location central, nice and roomy for five people, good; traffic outside apartment very noisy, not so good, but we needed the windows open because it was so hot.

Lack of information on reception - we were met by the cleaner who couldn't help us much. We couldn't get one shower to function and the wash basin plug got stuck. Fortunaly there were two bathrooms. We had to buy extra toilet paper - maybe more could have been provided.

The property is very aesthetic and mostly comfortable to stay in.

The bedding is very uncomfortable and at night you hear the metro train under the floorboards.
