The apartment is great, the views amazing and everything is clean and fresh! Very relaxing decor, kitchen kitted out with all we needed.
The "hill of death" ! This is what we called the hill you had to walk up to from the marina, it's steep and in the August heatwave was a killer! Perhaps if we had been here in cooler weather may not have been such an issue. We loved the apartment and Estepona but would definitely stay closer to the promenade, old town next time. The swimming pool was nice but you loose sun quite early and as you are renting you have no sunbeds 👎🏻😐 people who owned came along with b all their sunbeds and gear whilst we made do with towels on the artificial grass, not great and certainly not relaxing. I borrowed two plastic chairs from a communal area, there was about 40 stacked up for my wife and me to sit on, and owner must have seen me borrow them and told the lifeguard who then came up and pleasantly said sorry you can't use those chairs! Also was told we couldn't eat or drink around the pool. We only had crisps with us! The keys were also a real pain, you only had one set, you needed one key to get into development, then one key to get into the lobby for the lift, luckily the apartment door had a keypad. The swimming pool was the same, your key could not access the top gate which would be nearer to the apartment you had to walk down past the boat on the roundabout and round. Then it was a key for the gate and a fob for swimming pool access 🫠a common ask throughout the week was "who has the keys!!"

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very clean and modern. Great facilities - washing machine, kettle, towels, beach towels etc. Lovely balcony on the 6th floor with great views.
Apartment is located at the top of an extremely steep hill. We are a family of 5 but even the fit teenagers found it difficult, especially in the Summer heat.
Pool is located at the bottom of this hill. Not easily assessable from apartment.
