Good and helpful contact. Multiple bathrooms and toilets
Airco in all rooms
A bit noisy from outside and a view on car garages, but that's also funny though.
Elevator didn't work, was fixed after contact but 2 days later again didn't work. But that's something from the building, not the host

The apartment is gorgeous and spacious. It has three bathrooms which was a hudge plus for two families! The balcony view is amazing with breath taking sunsets! Not too far from the old town, and Marina.
It's a little bit noisy at night, the sound insulation is not great, and the nearest beach with toilets and showera is almost 3 kilometers away.

Walking distance to old town.
Good view.
Large kitchen an lounge for family of 5
No “starter kit” eg a few tea bags/ coffee/ dishwasher tabs/ laundry detergent/salt/pepper/oil.
Would have been good to have a few basics for when we arrived but had to go and buy even the basics to run a load through the washing machine and put dishwasher on.
Shower kept blocking up - had to clean previous tenants hair out of drain!!
Microwave dint work - communication was great but took 7/10 days to get it sorted out and replaced
