RUINED OUR VACATION. AVOID AT ANY COST!

DANGEROUS! NOT FRIENDLY! Impossible to describe all nonsense we experienced here in a few sentences. - kept us hostages without letting us drive out from their property - swore to us aggressively and rudely, cursing americans and saying that we owe him by standing on his land - delivered an ultimatum forcing to pay them cash for freedom - no basic hygiene products provided (no shampoo, no gel, no soap, no dishwasher pads) despite description on Booking.com - bathroom was flooded - no shelves to put my own toiletries in the shower - no garbage bins or bags despite description on Booking.com - no spoons - no clean water - no kettle - no proper towels - no AC - not willing to communicate through Booking.com - broken shower doors breaching privacy Overall I felt being abused, harassed and publically ashamed. Crazy not adequate owners Gloria, Filippo and their brother. NEVER AGAIN!

L’appartamento è molto pulito, sembra nuovo e risulta spazioso, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Dal salotto si gode una vista spettacolare sul Castello di Thun. Il bagno è ampio; con tutto questo spazio, se fosse stato possibile, ne avrei ricavati anche due.

Il filtro della cappa è da pulire.
