Drive up to your 15-acre oasis with expansive desert views nestled in your own personal boulders and a luxurious interior with the high-end finishes. The spacious interior will comfortably sleep upwards of 10 people including a custom chefs kitchen, cozy living room area with 85 inch smart TV and large bedrooms. Watch the sunset from the front deck, outdoor kitchen and dining area, and relax by the pool or fire pit overlooking the beautiful desert landscape! We allow pets with extra fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs and will be $50 per dog after. IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool. ● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. ● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted. ● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa. ● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area. ● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool. ● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. ● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool. ● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area. ● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface. ● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited. ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. ● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa and pool area. The beds are made for sleeping away your cares and the outdoor seated areas are the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watch it disappear with a glass of wine. ★ Hike the hills on the 15 acre property or head just 10 minutes down the road to Joshua Tree National Park. With a pair of binoculars you can see the entrance from the front porch. ★ If cooking is your thing, do it in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen on the gas range inside, or head out the French doors to the outdoor kitchen where you can cook, eat, and dine while enjoying the elements, the stars, and the desert breeze. ★ At Black Star Oasis we also have curated a number of photos of African American and Native American's who helped shape the wild west.
