Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc). Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm. Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction.
