One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music. Events for work or meetings are allowed. ○ Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob, if not returned. (applicable to Banff/Fob supported units) ○ Unauthorized late check out will result in an extra night stay or additional fees. Request ahead of time, and we will try to see if possible. Otherwise, kindly please be out before 11 am. ○ Garbage/Recycling/Compost, anything in the incorrect bins, unbagged items, or overall mess after your stay will be charged $50 fine.
