About this house rental
South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house.
Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.
This family home has a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2x king single beds. While it sleeps 6 comfortably there is also a foam mattress and single sheets available to sleep an extra in the lounge if required. There is a main bathroom with toilet/shower/vanity and a separate toilet also.
The lounge/dining/kitchen is open plan. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a BBQ for outdoor use. There is outdoor dining on the patio and a grass area for activities. The house also has a washing machine for guest use if required.
Linen and towels are included, though we do ask that guests bring their own beach towels. There are basic consumables provided such as liquid soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry powder, and dishwasher tablets. We provide enough toilet paper to get you started but ask that guests source their own if more is required.
In the kitchen, a starter pack of tea, coffee pods, and hot chocolate. Milk is not provided, we recommend you pick some up from the Foursquare on your way in.
As well as a TV (bring your own HDMI device) the house has a range of games and books to keep guests entertained. For the more techy or those wanting to do some work, the house has unlimited wifi.
While we are dog friendly we do ask that guests let us know. There are lots of dogs in the area and the beach and forest are dog-friendly however there can be pest bait/traps in the forest and dead fish/birds on the beach. The property is also fully fenced.
South End Sanctuary is not a party house. While we do want you to enjoy your stay we ask the outside noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.
South End Sanctuary is self-check-in. Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am. A late checkout is sometimes possible but must be arranged prior to check-in.

Fabulous bach. Clean, tidy, well set-up, kitchen has everything you need, & more (coffee machine!). Some lovely extra touches too (eg, coffee pods, marshmallows, Netflix). Dog friendly, well fenced & secure. Close to the forest & beach for great walks. Great place to stay - recommend!

The property is new and superbly fitted out for 4 adults and two children. The yard is securely fenced. Location is an easy walk to a great beach and a forest walk. Hope to stay again.

Check in was very easy, communication with the host was fantastic. It was great to be able to take our dog with us, the property is fully fenced. The house was clean and so close to the beach. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
