This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access right across the street with the Whales Tail restaurant and beach bar! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 4 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, king size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play and high chair is included if needed.
Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 5 full size pools, 3 of which are heated, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

The property was just right for our visit. The kids loved the closeness to the pool area and playground. Overall it was a great visit!!

Condo was in great location & floor plan was perfect for our family. Unfortunately for us, the condo next door was being fully renovated & construction went on daily til 6:30pm.

The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our family has been vacationing at seascape at Destin Florida for the past 12 years and have stayed at different condos within Seascape resort. This condo had to be the dirtiest condo we have stayed at. There were all kinds of trash under the couches including grapes that had sat so long under there that they had turned to raisins. Old water bottles and trash under the beds. Towels that had blood and lots of stain marks on them. A bathtub that the water would take forever to drain. Beds that had dust on them, which I assume came from the caked on dust from the ceiling fans. The list goes on and on with things that were quite frankly just disgusting. I understand that these condos get flipped pretty quickly but in the 12 years coming had never seen a condo that was this bad. I hope the management company takes this feedback and makes some changes as the location and company was pretty responsive when we needed an extra parking pass.
