The deck is equipped with a BBQ and an extendable table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. For additional comfort, the Breezeway offers a second large lounge room with a pull-out double sofa, a library, board games and another flat screen smart TV. Glass sliding doors provide access to a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Here, you can unwind on the lounge chairs while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool or playing in the yard. The bedrooms are designed for a restful sleep, with the main bedroom overlooking the pool and featuring a queen-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, while bedroom 3 has two single beds and a single stand up trundle bed. The Breezeway living room also has a double pull-out sofa bed for 2 additional guests (mainly suited for children and available upon request). Guests are to be in family groups only and must not exceed 9 people . Strictly no parties or events! Occupants must be over the age of 21 years old or accompanied by a person of parental age at all times. We love our neighbours and the majority of them live here full time. Please keep the noise down between 10pm - 7am. Your pooch is on holiday too so please don't leave them for long periods of time as their barking might stress our neighbours. No cats sorry.
