About this apartment rental
Rest and relax on Harbor Island in this modern newly renovated and tastefully decorated one-bedroom Villa. The coveted villa is an end unit that offers ample sunlight and features two private decks, one off the living room and the other off the bedroom The sidewalk from the back deck leads to the swimming pool and several beach access points.
Once on the Island, you have access to Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include a large swimming pool and Kiddie pool (open April 1st - October 31st), tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volley ball court, playground, shuffleboard, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Renters must be 25 or older to rent our properties.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
