Located in Coolbaugh Township, this attractive house for $183 per night is a great choice for your next break. Guest booking this rental must be 25 years of age or older. Come enjoy our Cozy Bear Lair in the peaceful Pocono Mountains. We are located in the beautiful and private Arrowhead Lake Community. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION TO ENSURE A WORRY FREE AND EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS. Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community and requires all guests (aka Temporary Members) to pay the amenity fees. These fees are NOT included in your booking reservation and are mandatory. The Temporary Membership Fees are as follows: DURING PEAK SEASON (May 24- September 2) $8.50 per person/per day for guests ages 6 & up. (Or 42.50 per guest / per week) Any day guests/visitors are also $8.50 per day. $20 per vehicle (4 vehicles max) $20 non refundable transaction fee *There will be a $100 late registration fee if your booking is within 3 days of your stay. OFF SEASON (September 3, 2024- May 22, 2025) $2 per person/per day for guests ages 6 & up. Any day guests/visitors - $2 per day. $20 per vehicle $20 non refundable transaction fee. Please Note: Registration MUST BE SUBMITTED 72 HRS PRIOR TO CHECK IN (including your day guests/visitors) to avoid additional fees. If you wait to be registered within those 3 days, you will be charged a $100 late registration fee from Arrowhead. Also note that If you are not registered at least 24hours before your stay, Arrowhead will not allow access and you will have to cancel your reservation at no fault to the host/owner. Dogs are $50 per dog (must be well behaved) - paid to owner via v enmo if not included in booking reservation. NO PUPPIES Absolutely NO Pets on furniture and you must pick up after them around the house as well as around the community. Once a reservation is made, I will begin the registration process by asking for the number of people in your party and their vehicle information. Once I receive this information, I will be able to provide you with a total due. Once I have received your payment for the temporary membership fees (via adding to VRBO booking or paying by V enmo), I will then be able to register you. Please be sure to have this info to me in a timely manner to avoid the additional $100 fee that Arrowhead will charge you. Upon arrival you will have to go to rental center, which is located offsite from the community, to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask*** *************************************** Enjoy the 4 beaches, 3 pools in the summer, playgrounds, rental shack in summer and early fall, billiards, library, fitness center, tennis courts, family game room and many activities/events that our community holds. We are walking distance to two pools and a short bike ride or drive to the lakes 1.2 miles to the lake - enjoy the scenic walk. .7 miles to Minisink Pool. .6 miles to Choctaw Pool. 1.9 miles to Island Pool. The pools are open for the weekend starting memorial day and then they are open daily from late June through August (weather/staff permitting). Pools are closed after Labor Day. Rental shack is open daily in the summer. After Labor Day it's open on weekends until mid October. Our house is also only 20 minutes from a couple golf courses, Kalahari and Jack Frost 30 minutes from a few breweries, Mount Airy Casino, Great Wolf, Camelback, H2Ooh and Big Boulder Mountain Our home has been recently renovated inside and out. Enjoy the wildlife while relaxing on one of our two decks. Like to grill? We have a propane gas grill as well as a charcoal grill. Our recently updated fire pit has ample seating and is perfect during any season for s'mores and storytelling. Enjoy access to our shed! Inside you'll find two stand up paddle boards ( summer months only), two adult bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, disc golf, wiffle ball, and more. Inside we have a cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, A/C, electric heat, and a game closet with plenty of games, toys and books. We also have a Nintendo Switch and a PlayStation 3. Rest assured families with toddlers. We have a pack-n-play, high chair, kids plates/cups and a baby gate on site. Lower Level has an open concept kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, reclining sofas, 70" Smart TV, full bathroom and a laundry area. Bedroom One is located on the first floor. It has a Queen Bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom Two is located on the second floor. It has a Queen Bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom Three is located on the second floor. It has one bunk bed and a twin bed. Our loft has a smart TV, full size sofa sleeper and a designated workspace. Things to Note: This is NOT a party house. There is NO Smoking in the house. This is our home that we as a family also try to enjoy as much as possible. Please be respectful. For security purposes, we have outdoor cameras.

Home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. Jacki was great in all respects from booking til departure and was a pleasure to work with her. We were looking for something in an area that had activities available, but also where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings of nature. And we needed a spot for our dog as well which is sometimes difficult to find. Arrows Away was perfect for our needs. Thank you Jacki and Family, Jason

We came to the Poconos for our daughter’s 5th birthday. It has been over 20yrs since I had been at Arrowhead Lake, and it hasn’t changed a bit! We loved the house, it was clean on arrival. The fire pit with the Hook 21 game was used quite frequently. We played board games with the kids at the kitchen table. We all enjoyed the local wildlife. This property is a must book in my opinion, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Jacki was also easy to get ahold of, and also saved us from leaving some items behind. This place is a 10/5 stars!

The house was better than we expected. Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. All bedrooms very comfortable AC worked great. We played a few games and watched a few movies at night after making S’mores at fire pit. We grilled out back a few times. Enjoyed all that the Arrowhead community and surrounding area had to offer ( except a few things got rained out). Still had a wonderful time. Hope to be back sometime soon! Great hosts!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jacki's house. It's not very big but is very light, clean and pleasant. It has plenty of outdoor space (my wife used back deck for working and is already talking about missing it). Internet is fast and the kitchen is well stocked. The house is walking distance to the pools and a short bike or car ride to the beaches.
