Welcome to our expansive 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in the heart of Tumon. Boasting a spacious 1400 sq ft, our property is designed with an open living area that perfectly accommodates cooking, dining, and relaxation.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need, including a dishwasher, enabling you to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also available in the condo, ensuring your laundry needs are conveniently met.

We provide free WiFi throughout the condo, keeping you connected whether for work or leisure. Parking is also included, making it easy for you to explore Guam's attractions at your own pace.

While our Tumon Isa location places you within walking distance of numerous activities and attractions in Tumon, we strongly recommend considering a car rental for the duration of your stay. Guam's road network is user-friendly, and having your own vehicle can significantly enhance your convenience and freedom to explore.

3, We maintain regular pest control services to ensure a bug-free environment throughout the property. However, please be aware that, as a beachfront property, ants may occasionally be present.
