Tired of staying in a box when you're on vacation? If yes, then step up to a full-size luxury Penthouse with a living room, full-size kitchen & breakfast bar, granite-topped serving island, an ornate 6-seat dining room table, along with a breakfast nook and the most fabulous unobstructed 180-degree view of the valley, Ocotal Bay and the Pacific in the entire region. In addition to the 3 full-size bedrooms, there is also a rooftop outdoor kitchen area with a 500 sq ft deck accessible by ascending the spiral staircase. Avoid tan lines by getting some sun in total privacy or use the outdoor grill and eat dinner watching the exquisite sunset sitting by the relaxing water feature. The King Size Master Bedroom shares the same amazing view of the ocean as the living room from its oversized private balcony. The master bathroom includes 2 separate sinks, a jetted jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, and an intimate oversized shower that encompasses two shower heads. So, by now I'm sure you're saying that this can't all possibly be true! Well, you're wrong and it still gets even better from here. Included with the condo is a garage for your car located virtually at your front doorstep and an elevator serving only the two penthouses. Once you leave the elevator or the stairs, you will travel across an elegant skyway that gives breathtaking views of the ocean and the infinity pool laid out below you. The oversized infinity pool is situated between the two buildings in such a way that it offers semi-seclusion while you take in the views of the valley and ocean displayed panoramically below you. This condominium comfortably sleeps 6 in its 3 bedrooms. A king-size bed in the master, a queen size in one guest room, and twin beds in the other. Should the need arise to slip in a seventh a futon located in the dining room will make due. Grande Mar Vista consists of two separate condominiums located in the exquisite Corona Del Mar Condominium Complex. Corona Del Mar is located along the uppermost top ridge in Ocotal. No Condo complex is higher and therefore it offers not only the best unobstructed views of the Pacific but also the breathtaking valley and mountains behind it from the guest bedrooms. The gated complex has 24-hour security, a fully equipped gym to keep those 6-packs in tip-top form, and a hot tub located out on the terrace to view the valley below you while basking in the moonlight illuminating the shimmering Bay.

Stunning view! Dave and Joe were very communicative and provided very useful information that went above and beyond expectations. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing a kitchen that had all the tools and accessories for a great 2 week stay. Looking forward to returning!

House says 5 mins from beach in actuality it’s way farther because your on a hill like a mountain most cabs want go up there I wouldn’t book less you are renting a car or some there is only one SMALL tv in the living room no other tv besides that water in shower not hot had to run for about 10 mins before getting hot water the locals try to get over on you with prices
