Good nice bed cosy little room
Water heater not working well but the pressure was great. Cleaners knocked twice asking to check towels.

Friendly warm front counter. They were generous to check me in early. Room clean and bed comfy. Filtered tap for drinking water.
Pls have a look at your washing basin top rim from the view sitting on the toilet.

The room was clean, view and pool was nice addition..the breakfast was nice as well. The staff helped whenever we needed soemthing
The water pressure in some rooms are strong and the water fluctuate between hot and cold so need to adjust the water sometimes

Nice location close to shops
Bathroom had grimy grout tiles, noise disruptions all through the night and no water provided in room. Also there was an incident where I watched a security guard literally scream in the face of this poor woman on the Sky Rooftop. She was having a smoke and I was the only other guest there and there was no visible no smoking sign. I didn’t mind her smoking as there was nobody else around and we were outside anyway but the security guard quite literally charged towards her screaming at her and demanded she go with him to the wall like she’s a child! So horrible to watch and the lady was so shaken too
