Very comfortable and just a minute from the harbour restaurants and bars.
Very steep stairs in the house and steep steps to get to the house, but that is to be expected in Brixham. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The property is in a central location with easy access to the town, the car park is only a 5 minute walk away we stopped at the bottom of the stairs to unload and we didn’t mind this as it is part of the character of the property to not be accessible by car.
The property has been furnished to a high standard and the most has been made of the space. Other than having no hairdryer everything else had been thought of and provided.
The lounge area is nicely decorated and cosy, we visited in summer but I imagine it’s very cosy and characterful in winter with the fire burning. The master bedroom is large and airy, with views of the harbour and the bed was really comfortable.
There wasn’t anything to dislike but I would say to make the cottage even more appealing it would have been nice for the garden area to be more maintained offering a nice place to sit and have a coffee. The seagulls were really noisy but I hope no one would complain about that as it will be the same wherever you stay in Brixham and you just have to accept that if you’re near a harbour/the sea.
