Perfect for an impromptu work stay

Free parking, chippy nearby, genuine self contained room will all facilities and private bathroom. Helpful hosts.

NEVER again!

Leaving

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, it was filthy! The bed had a huge dip in the center, the whole room was dirty, the shower didn’t drain so had to stop and start having a shower 4 times. There was zero sound proofing. Located on an estate so bad the doctors surgery at the end of the road had metal across the windows when closed. If I had any money at all I would have left but I didn’t so spent the night afraid to touch anything, or move because every floor board squeaked so loud. They had the cheek to take a deposit, they should have given me a deposit to refund if I don’t catch anything from there. I had to request the key box number and then had emails all through the night reminding me to leave on time, total overkill. Second photo is the dip in the center of the mattress, the rest is the filth including chewing gum around the bed, headboard plus the dish rack 🤢

Good place to stay

The building was quiet, the area was nice. Room was clean. Had a fridge and a blind, which was good in the hot weather. Close the amazing golden pheonix

Location was good

There was dust all over, The check out time was too early (10am) and the neighbours were banging the doors at late night and early morning, that was really disturbing. Overall it was a nice place to stay!!!
