Neat , clean, and well maintained!
Everyone was super friendly.
No warning about the road condition when I booked this place. I had no clue that we have to park our van in the municipal parking area …take their shuttle and have to walk in the muddy pathway to get into there lobby with my mother and father in law who have limited mobility .
Notification via email was sent to me 12 hours before our arrival to the resort( obviously the road conditions didn’t happen overnight).It was way too late for me to cancel 4 family rooms.How is that fair?
It was disappointing since we picked this place to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday.
No handicap /wheelchair access to get into the lobby and to Annada resto…. we had to carry our 2 seniors in their wheelchairs.

It was so clean, and spacious. Variety of pools for all ages. It was great to go to the lake and see another side of the mountain
The only thing was the food was a bit pricey, could be priced better. The kayak need updating and should have more than 1.

The room was very spacious, and the staff were very friendly polite. It seems clean and well-maintained as well. There were a lot of pools to stay in, and the design of the room as well as the property seemed very well-thought of.
There were very many guests at the time of our arrival. The bathtub took a long time to fill up and leaked when it was draining. We think the restaurant was a little short-staffed as well as it took awhile to clean our table.

Coziness and the design. Hospitality of all staffs.
Noisy from upper floor to our room. Floor is slippery once it wet at the same time the black floor mat in outside our room is not safe no rubber mat under. Once you step in slip.
