The apartment was well furnished, decorated and thoughtful for families with young children. The kids really enjoyed the toys and the slide, with the playground and swimming pool a short walk away and within visual and vocal distance. Really an excellent location and thoughtful apartment. No towels are provided (by policy according to home owner) but we requested for them anyway since providing towels and soap is a mandatory hospitality requirement. Home owner provided the towels as requested, rolled neatly on each bed when we checked in. Other amenities like shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste was also provided without being requested, which is very positive.
Would have been a perfect score except for the mattresses. Every adult in our group woke up with body aches after sleeping on them for the night. Pillows were also not great, though each person gets 2 which is a saving grace. If adults in their 30s are getting aches, we can't imagine how older occupants will feel waking up.

The furniture and the child-friendly setup was good. The slide and toys were a lovely touch, and the kids really enjoyed having these available. It is clear that the apartment has been designed with families and children in mind, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay that I feel are worth highlighting.
The toilet in the master bedroom had a very strong sewage smell, which was extremely unpleasant. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and did not use it for the entire stay, so we had to share the other bathroom. More importantly, the smell was so strong that it literally made me feel sick. I would strongly recommend having this issue checked and fixed, as this is something that should not be happening in the apartment.
The apartment was also not particularly clean. The kids’ swimming pool was full of leaves throughout our stay, so we were unable to use it. Only on our last morning, after asking the cleaner, were the leaves removed, allowing the kids to finally enjoy the pool.
There was also no proper cutlery, plates, or glasses provided in the apartment, only plastic items intended for children. We had a bottle of wine that we wanted to enjoy with our friends, who were staying in the same building on the top floor, so we had to use the wine glasses from their apartment. Their apartment was really nice and clean, which made the difference in the condition and amenities of ours even more noticeable.
That said, these issues did not significantly affect our overall stay as we spent most of our time outside at Legoland and were only there for a short stay. However, I do think the sewage issue in particular should be addressed, as the smell was genuinely quite bad. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the apartment for future guests.

The check in was easy
I was really disappointed with the air condition in the master bedroom which was not properly maintained.. air condition was not function.. had to sleep in the living room
