The location is just perfect. Bus stop is right in front of the stay. Good restaurants, shopping centres and all activity booking centres are just within 5 minutes walk away
It is well maintained and clean. It has all the facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, vaccine cleaner, iron box and hair dryer etc. Owner is actively responding to queries. Very helpful. The apartment is perfect for solo travellers and also for two people it is perfect.

Amazing location right within the city center, opposite a small park and the bus stop to Santa Claus Village! All amenities available for basic cooking and daily use. Good communication with the host throughout. Also provided some sleds which the kids enjoyed!

This apartment was perfect for us, two adults and two children. It’s lovely and warm, modern, extremely clean and the location is excellent. Across the road there is a park with a sledging hill, ice skating rink, playground and a little cafe. The bus stop to Santa Claus Village stops right across the road. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the main square in Rovaniemi with restaurants/ shops etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. They had also left two sledges for the children to use while we were there too which was a nice touch and they let us check out a little later too.
