We had an awesome staycation with an unique experience. Exquisite Jacuzzi Experience all together. My one of a kind indoor jacuzzi experience, fully fun & amazing water therapy. The Apartment was squeaky clean to my amazement and the jacuzzi tub was also given to us in a very clean condition. Everything was perfect in this apartment, better than the pictures online. Complete value for money. Peaceful private property, and M block Market was just few steps away. We cannot ask for a better jacuzzi experience than this. The Host & staff were very helpful & cooperative.

Dissatisfaction regarding recent stay. Misleading High-Value Amenities (Jacuzzi), no use.
While I expected an experience that reflected value for money, the property fell significantly short of standard hospitality expectations due to multiple maintenance issues, safety hazards, and misleading amenities.
The nonrefundable booking charges are unjustified as the real fact is revealed on checkin.
Below is a detailed summary of the deficiencies encountered during the stay:
Kitchenware & Substandard Amenities : Inadequate Drinkware & Utensils: The kitchen inventory is highly substandard.
There are only two standard glass cups available and a complete absence of coffee mugs.
The provided white bowls and plates are sparse, basic, and mismatched.
Missing Essential Furniture: There is no dining table provided for guests to comfortably eat meals.
Unsanitary Conditions: The kitchen towels and fabric covers provided were stinky, unwashed, and heavily soiled.
Furthermore, the refrigerator's ice cabin was completely frozen over and clearly never defrosted, rendering it unusable.
Safety Hazards & Poor Maintenance : Dangerous Exhaust Fan: The kitchen exhaust fan is in a hazardous condition; its outer cover fell off suddenly, creating an immediate physical safety risk.
Electrical Fears: The power switchboards in bathroom are poorly fitted, and surrounded by exposed wiring. Guests were scared to touch the power switches due to the apparent risk of a shock.
Incomplete bathroom Setup: The property provides only a very basic, low-quality clothing iron with no accompanying ironing table or board.
Lack of Basic Toiletries: No essential hygiene products, including shower bath wash except very tiny soaps to use, were supplied in the bathroom.
Drinking Water Setup: Drinking water is provided via a substandard, unhygienic green plastic water bottle jar topped with a makeshift fabric cover, rather than a proper filtered dispenser.
Spacious, X3 Android TV, swing chairs, comfy beds.
