The property sits in an excellent location within walking distance of the beach, though the return trip can be challenging because it is uphill. The included breakfast and staff hospitality were excellent.
The room felt somewhat dusty, which set off my partner’s allergy. It seemed the air conditioning required servicing or the space needed a thorough vacuuming.

The staff were very professional and courteous from the time of booking to Check Out. Rooms are clean, spacious and with all facilities like towels, soap, dental kit, kettle, tea coffee etc. The hotel is in prime location and just 5 minutes walk from RK beach. It is located in a very clean area, posh location and without any disturbance. Breakfast is amazing, very delicious, do not miss the breakfast if you stay here. The boys are in the hotel 24hrs for assistance and were very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you wish to have premium experience and comfortable stay. Thank you team for hosting us, I would definitely come again to this hotel if I get an opportunity to visit Vizag.

The room was enormous, toilet was spacious. Bed was large and cozy. Other furniture were adequate. The room was cleaned everyday very neatly.
The property maintenance was not good. Tiles were broken. Toilet seat was permanently stained. Awful breakfast spread. No good restaurants nearby. Staff were cold. The lodging charge was unreasonably high
