It was a beautiful hotel located on a lake with a lovely pool. It was also a conveniently located close to Wilpattu wildlife reserve & we were picked up directly in a Wildlife Safari Jeep. The staff were also friendly & professional
The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the pool & lake but it was a little cramped when it came to luggage storage. We felt the tiled tub in the bathroom was a little difficult to navigate & it would be better to have a walk in shower. Also, the dining room needs a fully licensed bar

Great hotel with a lovely pool. Evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant were also great, and they catered for my wife's gluten and dairy allergies.
The hotel is next to a lake and there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. Ended up with several bites even with plenty of repellent on.
The hotel is well situated for safari's, but there isn't much else in the area so they could do with an alcohol license.

location was fine
The hotel was relatively one of the most expensive we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Despite this the hotel was quite disappointing - comfort wise and food wise
