Emplacement idéal. Petite résidence très charmante. Carine est adorable, très accueillante, à l'écoute.
Les cloisons sont fines, c'est assez bruyant le soir mais personnellement cela ne m'a pas dérangée, je suis habituée. Il y a un restaurant en face, Le Saigon, qui organise un karaoké une fois par semaine ( mieux vaut y participer pour éviter d'être gêné par la musique particulièrement forte ce soir-là !)

L'odeur des égouts hyper forte dans le studio ... horrible L'absence de rideau la nuit donc réveil aux aurores et a chaque fois que quelqu'un entrée la nuit Le bruit des bars aux alentours et des gens qui font leurs besoin devant le a résidence..degueu
