The location only
Staff was very rude, I stayed three night no even once someone came to clean, change towel, TP, soap, nothing at all.

Shuttle service was well executed, driver easy to find at airport , and seamless pickup to return to airport.
Room cleaning (upon request) was very satisfactory. Having a parking lot attendant on duty all day, made my husband feel safe and assured.
Needing a toilet plugger was dealt with very professionally and locking myself out of my room at 10:00pm was dealt with priority and with ease.
So close the the beach and great restaurants and bars.
Did not like living out of my suitcase on the floor. There were no shelves or hangers in the room. Cabinets, shelves/closet would have been a nice touch.

They show a pricing in USD on your page, which is what's agreed upon including the fees. Once you get there they charge you in their currency at a much higher price, three bedrooms ended up costing me $40 more. On top of it the staff was rude the guy and the lady, check in was disorganized, we stayed three nights and no one came to offer us cleaning, towels, soap, etc.
