It's really a great hotel The place is very clean and all the team in the place are at a high level of efficiency The level of food is really great, especially the sweet chef Mohamed Ibrahim is one of the best people we have met there thanks sunrise Anjum resort ❤️

The room was clean and I really liked the room’s layout and how everything was clean and organized.the staff were welcoming and treated us with extreme kindness while still being professional.
That we had to walk a-lot in the burning sun to reach the beach

They did a free upgrade for my room because of my wedding anniversary.
Mr. Haitham the front office manager is following up daily with me.
The food is fine.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The coral reef is amazing.
The room is cozy.
They arranged a dinner for my anniversary.
They decorated the room for my anniversary.
The room service was not good, they were just making the bed, without changing the towls or sheets. The towls were not clean.
The room service clean the room late not as early as possible.
The hotel has not much good activities, it's more of relaxation hotel. The daily activities of the animation team was not organized well or rich.
The a la carte restaurants are fully booked all the time. Their capacity don't match the capacity of the hotel guests.
The bartenders are always on rush and the demand is very high, they are short staffed, that makes them nervous and stressed to people.

Most of the staff were friendly. Big resort & big pools. Very nice beach. Animation team & Ekaterina were very friendly & well prepared for their job. They made our kids stay very happy & comfortable. Staff in the dining area were very helpful.
Food could be nicer. Some of the staff would bother you constantly to sell you packages/ day trips. The issue was that the prices were extremely high compared to the prices if you booked online through booking (talking about safaris & day trips). Even the Spa prices were extremely high. Room was not the cleanest when we arrived. Some of the staff had poor understanding of English. They said the kids club was open 10:00-21:00 when in fact was not because they were under staff. Some of the staff would bother you in inappropriate moments. For the value i paid compared to other places i have been i did not remain satisfied.
