**Great Apartment & Service** I stayed at the apartment for business in Leicester and had a great experience. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very responsive throughout my stay. The apartment was actually a lot bigger than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook and prepare your own meals, which is especially convenient when staying away during the week. It was also really clean which is a must when staying away for work. There was also plenty of local parking, and it felt secure. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Also a huge thank you to the staff who made everything easy for me.

Good Location

We had a call on the day of booking requesting to cancel the booking as they was a leak in the 2 bed flat which I selected. So I had to adjust in 2 - 1 bed flats and was inconvenient as we had kids and wanted to be in same flat. There was no alternative and very last minute, how can you expect anyone to cancel they travel plan on the same day.
