Not good at all,Dishonesty not being understood,if you look closer the couch is torn and you can see the green padding t

The only thing I liked was the bed! And not the bed itself the heated blanket it had.

I asked if I could check in earlier the lady confirmed, she said that there will be a check out at 10am and the helper will be the only one there. Firstly the door wasn’t locking! The part was stuck in the door the guy was complaining to the helper about me in Zulu not realising I understood every word he made her double check but like in a way where I sounded like I was lying the apartment looked absolutely dusty like no one stayed there before ! When I entered, the place did not look like the picture advertised. When I walked in the lady gave me a different room to go to when I got there there were 3 men tiling and drilling things. I asked the guy for the contact number of anyone I can talk to because I didn’t know what to do,when I entered I was surrounded by men. Thereafter the guy told me to go to room 10 instead of 11 that I booked for! When I got there their wasn’t any blinds or any power! I understood because I checked in earlier however I asked the lady who managed the booking 2 weeks prior and she forgot that I needed to check in. I shared my concern with the helper and she told me that they were not aware of any check ins. While waiting for the helper the guys came into the room (no one told me this was gonna happen) they put the blinds up . My partner arrived and was not happy about anything, the couch had cigarette butts, sweet papers and there was a bag full of clothes in a Woolies bag! I shared my concern with the guy I spoke with ,He told me I’m not being understanding and all these things would have been done by 2pm which is the check in time however the lady told me that it will just be the cleaner and I! I asked for a refund he said I’m still not being understanding. We didn’t know what else to do,we just stayed the night. The next day there was no water!

Honestly, everything was great about our stay! We literally didn’t want to leave the place! Nice and quiet, clean, comfo

Very safe! Gave a homely feeling to it! Very clean!

The ceiling had like a water leak stain. I think that should definitely get checked out before it becomes a disaster. And if they could put doom spays in the rooms. We had a problem with ants. But other than that, we were very happy with everything else.
