Almost everything
Staff, lost our luggage as it was given to another family. Gave us confusing information regarding outside food. Ended with rude staff asking us to leave while in the middle of our meal.

The hotel itself was excellent. Beautiful property, great facilities & comfortable rooms. The service was generally good.
Unfortunately, the last part of our stay was extremely distressing. My daughter had a serious incident in the pool despite several lifeguards being present, our luggage was mistakenly handed to another family after checkout, and we were then asked to leave the lobby while dealing with these issues and having no change of clothes.
I raised a formal complaint, but the resolution offered was only a complimentary pool and beach day pass. Given the seriousness of what happened, I did not feel this was an appropriate or meaningful resolution. This was particularly disappointing for a luxury hotel and significantly affected my overall impression of the stay.

This hotel is sensational. The pool (s) are gorgeous, the staff are exceptional, the rooms are so comfortable, the spa is an amazing treat (the rainforest experience was so fun), and the breakfasts are amazing. Loved everything. Such a treat!
