Very clean! Excellent, friendly staff!
The sofa bed was far too hard for my adult son. It had a very thin mattress. He ended up sleeping on the couch (not pulled out) the second night.
We were not fans of the half glass in the shower. We felt like the shower spray got the floor wet. Why can’t there be a door that closed the shower completely.
The lighting in the bathroom and “make up” area was too dim.

Room is nice and spacious. Like the fact that there’s a full size kitchen in the room
In room 238 there is a constant hum and vibration that made it difficult to sleep. We stayed in that end of the building one time before and experienced the same thing. Not sure where/what it’s coming from

The room, breakfast, and friendliness of the staff were great!!
Would like to give a special thank you to Jeremy, who brushed and scraped snow off of our car two mornings. Nice man.
I'm 77 and my husband is 82. The distance from the elevator to our room to the elevator . . . was huge!!
