This was a twenty minute walk to Aya Sofia and SultanAhmet. It was close to Topkapi and Gulhane Park and many places and shopping areas.
The room was clean, equipped with a tea maker and teabags and sugar. This is not a high end hotel. It is clean and nicely located place to go to sleep at night and get ready for the day out. The staff was super friendly and helpful and a few people spoke English to help us. They appreciated us for the very few Turkish words and phrases we learned.
The shower was small.

Location good, about 15 min from nearest subway station, on foot. Owner approach was super, he was waiting for us on the street. Very closed to blue mosque, locatio not very crowded.
Shower cabin had a leak, we had water on the floor.

Excellent hotel, everything was comfortable, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They always cleaned on time and resolved any issues that might arise during our stay.
The location is quite good, but be prepared for a constant uphill climb. The area is located on hilly terrain. However, these landscape issues are offset by the proximity of numerous attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Spacious room and good location
You only see someone (the owner) when you arrive. Then you have to pay cash. When I had a question about breakfast I had to text and got (a wrong answer) from a hotel he is cooperating with and later a not so friendly reaction from the owner. It said at booking and also on the pictures that there is an option for breakfast, but there is not.
Since there was no one there I had to arrange something by myself to leave my luggage after checkout.
