Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut unangemessen.
Schon im Voraus bat uns der Vermieter uns zu melden, wenn es Beanstandungen geben sollte. Und diese gab es leider zu Hauf. Es schien so,als würde er damit rechnen.
Wir waren absolut negativ überrascht, was uns erwartete, als wir ankamen.
Schon beim Öffnen der Tür wurden wir von einem stockigen,schimmeligen, beißenden Geruch erschlagen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem absolut desolaten Zustand.
So etwas darf man nicht vermieten.Sie war sehr, sehr dreckig, Urinreste auf der Toilette, die wie eine Abstellkammer wirkte, die Toilette lief nicht ab, sondern lief über und aus. Selbiges in der Dusche.
Er nach Aufforderung an den Vermieter wurde Warmwasser angestellt, der Thermostat lief aus, es stand schon vorsorglich ein Eimer darunter.
Es gibt in den Bädern keine Heizungen und auch keinen Kamin wie versprochen.
Lediglich in zwei Räumen waren alte Kachelöfen,in denen noch alte Asche vom Vormieter war.
Zwei Zimmer waren mit WLAN Heizung, die vom Vermieter gesteuert werden konnte ausgestattet.
Auch diese wurden erst im Nachhinein angestellt und waren nicht annähernd ausreichend.
Alles war klamm und stockig und die Feuchtigkeit kroch in den Wänden hoch.
Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank war völlig vereist und voller grünem Zeug, vermutlich Schimmel. Die Kaffeemaschine war mit altem Wasser gefüllt,welches schon einen schmierigen Film hatte.
Die wenige Küchenausstattung, die vorhanden war,war alles andere als hochwertig. Kik lässt grüßen. Der Wasserkocher mit Kabel fasste kaum einen Liter und war auch noch befüllt und dreckig. Es gab keinen Geschirrspüler, sondern einen benutzten Spülschwamm und eine völlig verkeimte Spüliflasche.
Ein Geschirrtuch, sowie in der Beschreibung angegeben und auch Badetücher gab es auch nicht. Die Händehandtücher waren auch stockig und muffig.
Die Türen der Küchen- und Badschränke gingen nicht zu,weil die Schränke so verzogen waren. Wahrscheinlich von der ganzen Feuchtigkeit.
