This charming stand alone one bedroom cottage hideaway sits behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning unobstructed gulf and sunset views. Ideally located, you’re just one block from the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square, with over 40 shops and restaurants steps away. Beach access is only 108 feet away blending convenience with beachfront coastal serenity.
Tucked along a dreamy, shaded path, this cottage is surrounded by coastal architecture and the sound of waves on pristine white sands. The lower level features a queen primary suite with built-in storage, a flat-screen TV, and a screened-in porch with a private jacuzzi tub and privacy curtains—an oasis nestled amongst the dunes. A full bathroom with a walk-in glass enclosed shower is adjacent to the bedroom.
Upstairs, enjoy expansive gulf views through large windows in the open living room with a wrap-around sectional and flat-screen TV. The highlight is the expansive open air beachfront porch, complete with bar-top seating for two, a large rope hammock, and an adjacent sitter area for two featuring a rocking chair and club chaise chair. This is the perfect space to unwind while watching vibrant sunsets and sunrises from your own private beachfront grand porch. The adjacent kitchenette offers essentials with an under-counter fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, and a two burner electrical stove top. (The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher). The cottage was very cozy and clean. Unfortunately we did have some large water roaches during our stay. It is that time of year for them; we have them where we live. Overall, wonderful views, great service. I love that this cottage had 2 full bathrooms.

The location of this cottage could not be better! Aside from the location, the amenities of the property were so great. Both bathrooms were spacious and well maintained and the view from the balcony is stunning. Good storage options for suitcases and clothes and great space in bedroom and living room.

A home for the owners and not so much for the renters. I have stayed in a different Honeymoon Cottage years ago which was lovely. When we travel, I want to be in a home or hotel that is as nice as mine home. We paid for the view. The kitchen was supplied with old dishes and a mix of glassware and silverware. No dishwasher, but 2 refrigerators (1 up and one in the bedroom we never used.) Freezer needed to be cleaned. Bedroom storage poorly designed. My husband used the cabinet, my dresses couldn’t hang there as they were too long so they were on the hat rack. The outdoor tube was unappealing. Porch table gave us a place to sit. Rocking chair is not our thing. 2 nice outdoor chairs would have been perfect. Living room sofa was nice. I think providing a list of what isn’t available would be helpful for those looking to rent. We have stayed in small and larger homes in Seaside with your company and this is the first one we felt was underwhelming for the money. Next time I will chat with you all first.You are a great company and we will return to one of your homes again.
