Rose’s space was perfect for a solo traveler — had everything I needed. The view was exactly as described, as I spent every morning on the balcony for sunrise. Rose’s place was also centrally located near plenty of restaurants. I would definitely return!

great location and view. probably couldn't be better. But it an older building. Lobby and common spaces fine, but hallway were dreary. The condo has not been well maintained. A rusted microwave. No teaspoons . Not facial tissue, I didn't know they made toilet tissues that cheap.

Rose’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Puerto Rico. Hands down the best feature is the beautiful balcony directly overlooking the ocean. We spent every morning and evening relaxing out there mesmerized by the beautiful ocean. The place is very conveniently located to great restaurants and neighborhoods like Candado, but we spent almost all of our time relaxing on the pristine beach, which was literally steps from the apartment. We will miss it here and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views with beach access. Always felt safe staying here, the securities up front were always welcoming. I enjoyed being able to make some coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. This place is very close to restaurants and bars, juat a quick walk.
