Welcome to a one-of-a-kind San Antonio retreat — a 1,700 sq ft mid-century modern home with 4 bedrooms, space for up to 12 guests, distinctive architectural details and a private backyard built around a custom in-ground pool.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**

The outdoor space is the highlight of the home. Spend the day relaxing in the custom in-ground jetted pool then unwind on the oversized patio surrounded by mature trees and landscaped grounds.

After sunset, custom landscape lighting and string lights create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the backyard. You’ll also have a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, bamboo privacy screening and plenty of space to enjoy time outside with your group.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

**MID-CENTURY CHARACTER**

This isn't a typical rental. The home incorporates distinctive design elements and pieces of San Antonio history throughout the space.

One of the most interesting features is a vintage privacy wall salvaged from the legendary Earl Abel’s restaurant. You’ll also find a retro telephone nook, backlit architectural divider between the kitchen and living area and other mid-century details that give the home its personality.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

The home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms plus a queen air mattress for additional sleeping flexibility:

• Primary bedroom — Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Twin bunk bed + twin trundle bed with pull-out twin
• Bedroom 4 — Twin trundle bed with pull-out twin
• Queen air mattress — Available for up to 2 additional guests

You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**IMPORTANT PRIMARY SUITE LAYOUT**

As part of the home’s unique architectural design, the walls of the primary bedroom and bathroom do not extend completely to the ceiling. The primary bathroom also has an open design without a door.

Please keep this layout in mind if bedroom and bathroom privacy is important to your group.

**LOCATION**

The home is centrally located in North Central San Antonio with convenient access to some of the city’s best dining, shopping and attractions.

San Antonio International Airport and North Star Mall are just a short drive away with The Quarry, The Pearl, San Antonio Zoo, Botanical Garden, downtown and the River Walk all within easy reach.

You’ll also have convenient highway access for exploring Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld and the rest of San Antonio.

Whether you’re planning a family trip, couples getaway or group vacation, this home offers a distinctive combination of private outdoor space, mid-century character and a convenient central location.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• The private pool is not heated.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
