This 4 bedrooms, 1700sqf, unique, un-comparable, mid-century modern, with a contemporary flair home includes a custom built in-ground jetted pool with one of a kind stained deck and oversized amazing patio. North Centrally located and prime spot for shopping, dining and taking in the S.A. breathtaking sunsets. The immaculate custom lit landscaping is pure magic after sundown. Lots of surrounding trees gives a magical feel. Bamboo screening along the back fence for extra privacy. Surround sound throughout outside patio with weather proof speakers and a beautiful firepit and BBQ setup outside. When walking this museum of a home take in the retro telephone nook in 2nd bathroom and the vintage privacy wall in front of property that was brought in from the legendary "Earl Abel's" diner, and a custom built back lit wall separating living and kitchen. The home has one master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. Washer & Dryer, Cables & Wifi. The details could go on and on but this home is truly a one of a kind! You will be swept away on vacation when walking into this home. The house is located perfectly centered and it is close to everything in town including shopping, dinning and main SA attractions. 7 minutes drive from San Antonio airport and Northstar mall. 12 minutes drive to the Pearl brewery, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. 15 minutes drive to Downtown and Riverwalk. 20 minutes drive to Fiesta Texas - Sixflags & Seaworld. Great location! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app. Please note - - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it. - Pool is jetted but not heated. - Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.

Just stayed for one day as we travel across the country and this house was beautiful. It meet all of our needs and had plenty of space. Great amenities, too bad we were there for just one day.

The house was very well done and our family enjoyed our stay. Property manager kept in touch, check in was super easy, home was very clean. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

It has issues and needs some upgrades. Freezer door wouldn't close, lighting was challenging, electrical was bizarre, pool was nice, bedrooms were fine. Sheets were wet when time for bed and had to find the dryer.

The house was fine, however I don’t believe it had the best cleaning. The back patio was covered in bird poo and really could have been hosed down, or swept. The sheets on multiple beds had red stains and they only supplied us with 13 towels total. There were 11 girls staying there so we each used 1 towel for both showering and being out in the pool. They didn’t supply us with any extra toilet paper or any paper towels until I asked. There were dead flys in the fridge, and spiders throughout the house. Like I said, the house was fine- we weren’t there that often, and it was on the less expensive side, and we aren’t very picky, but I think these problems should be noted.

Everything was up to expectations with this house, it is on the smaller side but the large backyard area makes up for the smaller living room area. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, would recommend.

We felt so welcome. House was exactly as described in the listing. Clean and very nicely decorated. Location was great for us, guys played golf during the day while ladies went shopping. Short drive to River Walk without having to deal with traffic and congestion every day. Kitchen provides range of small appliances; good kitchen knives; pots and pans of all sizes, matching dinnerware and glassware and a variety of bakeware. LOVED backyard patio. Very pleased. Wished primary bedroom had a king bed. All beds we were new and comfortable. Will keep this VRBO on list if we visit San Antonio again.

I stayed here with 10 of my friends and family, all adults. While the property and location were great, the house is more fit for a couple who is taking their kids on a trip. The master bedroom is fantastic while the other rooms are smaller and cramped if you’re sharing them, which all of us were. We ended up using the master to house most of our bags and clothing and of course all shared the bathrooms. We spent a lot of time in the yard and kitchen area which were perfect for what we needed them for. The host was fantastic with communication and the house was spotless when we arrived.

Overall this ending to our vacation was a pleasant time with our family. We spent most of our time by the back deck area with the pool and lounging space. The house was very clean and we were provided with necessities that were needed. The master bathroom was amazing! Everyone needed to take a turn lol :) The only things we wish we could change for future stays would be labeling light switches, notice on master ceiling being open to most of house meaning you can hear others TVs or conversations, disappointing not to see the hammock or dartboard (we could have been out of Season for them), maybe mention where washer and dryer is in book that was a little scavenger hunt- but love that location! These are reasons we would rate 4.5 but overall would stay again.

We enjoyed staying here for a small get together of friends. The pool was great with a fantastic backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area provided the perfect amount of seating. The only suggestions I would have would be to label all of the switches throughout the house- there was lots of trial and error to figure out which switch controlled what in regards to lights. The bed was really comfortable, but the sheets in the master need a serious upgrade- they were scratchy and pilled, but the other ladies said the sheets on their beds were great. Overall I’d stay here again. Communication and check-in was easy, thank you!

We had a great time. Really enjoyed the back patio and pool as we spent most of our time outside when we were at the house. The next neighborhood was very quiet and super close to everything. We made a couple of trips to Walmart and it was right up the road. The master bathroom was absolutely amazing. Two issues I had was the master bedroom seemed to not cool as well as the rest of the house and it had 42 light switches in the house. None of them were labeled it was interesting trying to figure out what was what. Other than that we loved our stay and would do it all over again.
