Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 1,800 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. With a private hot tub, game room and backyard built for spending time together, it’s a great choice for families and groups visiting SeaWorld, Lackland AFB and San Antonio.
**SLEEPING & COMFORT**
The home has beds for up to 8 guests plus a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests.
Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The spacious living room and primary suite both have Smart TVs with cable and Netflix.
You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, free private parking and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
**GAME ROOM**
The dedicated game room gives kids and adults plenty to do with a pool table, classic arcade machine and games for the group.
**HOT TUB & BACKYARD**
The private backyard is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Soak in the hot tub, challenge the family to cornhole or gather around the fire pit in the evening.
The covered patio offers comfortable seating and outdoor dining with a BBQ grill for cookouts and meals outside.
**LOCATION**
The home is conveniently located near SeaWorld and Lackland Air Force Base, making it a great choice for family vacations, BMT graduation visits and group getaways.

• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for our son’s Air Force Boot Camp graduation. The location was perfect and so convenient to the Air Force Base, which made everything much easier for our family.The home was very clean, the games were a fun touch, and the communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Quiet neighborhood and ideal location for attending our son’s BMT graduation. The house itself needs a deep clean and the kitchen had limited supplies for cooking for a group. This place was okay, but with a few upgrades it would be a fantastic stay.

The pictures were deceiving. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness and the hot tub. We own a pool and hot tub and could not get it to heat. Daniel was very good at communicating with us but we were told they could send somebody out the next day. We figured it out on our own and there was a block of chlorine in the hot tub, no wonder our eyes burnt. As far as cleanliness, one bed we couldn’t sleep on, it was as if a cat peed on it from the smell. The master bedroom headboard is material and it appeared to have hair all over it. It looked like pubic or chest hairs. The kitchen molding was coming off and the ceiling repair was terrible. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. I would recommend the rental not be hundreds and hundreds of dollars for two nights. I couldn’t fathom charging people this rate for less than par conditions. That included a cleaning fee. The whole inside of the home needs to wiped down with disinfectant and a real commercial cleaning company needs to be used. I don’t take this review lightly as I’ve never given a bad review on VRBO or other accommodations. You know it’s bad when your 19 year old son says the home is dirty.
