A nice stay in a novel Hotel

It’s a lovely location and a nice touch it being over a pond, not far from the seafront to walk and eat. It’s well decorated and clean

Being really picky, the pillows were rock solid not really pillows at all solid foam, I found that a problem. The toilet seat and spray need replacing it really lets the place down but was clean. The WI-FI didn’t really work at all in the room for me or my neighbour it worked perfectly in the cafe. There also were no bottles of water in the room that I have had in all the other hotels. If you are trying to find the Hotel follow the signs for the Tea Shop it’s the same place.
