Host cancelled booking the day of arrival and no response to message and calls

Hosts cancelled on the day of arrival due to overbooking. They messaged at 10 am to cancel before check in at 15.00pm but messages booking.com so i did not see the message until I arrived at the hotel. They could have followed up with a whatsapp messages. I called and messaged to understand why I had no information to check in, the hosts ignored all my messages and calls. I was left outside on a very busy street with all my luggage trying to contact the hosts. I had to book another hotel to stay for the night. If you cancel at least make sure the guest knows! It's annoying enough to cancel with short notice.

Marvellous, Amazing, I loved the loft.

Excellent loft for remote work. The Wi-Fi was listed at 9.8 Mbps on Booking but I measured 395 Mbps — absolutely incredible for video calls, uploads, and working remotely. The Porter Concierge electronic check-in was seamless, no need to coordinate with anyone even arriving at 4:30 AM. The location on Rua dos Carijós in Centro is perfect — walking distance to Mercado Central, Parque Municipal, Praça da Liberdade and Savassi. Complete silence, great for focus. Kitchen saved us a lot on food. The loft is much better than the photos suggest. Lívia (co-host) was responsive on WhatsApp. I stayed 7 nights for R$ 1.700 with Genius discount — exceptional value. Will definitely book again when I return.

It was a good stay, new apartment

The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable. The communication with host was very easy.

We do not recommend the place for more than 2 people. We booked the place for 3 people, however, there is only a regular couch (not “sofa bed”) that made it less comfortable for the third person. I would recommend as well to invest a little more in bedsheets. The place is very noisy because it’s right in the center of the city.

Nice apartment, poor communication with the host

-Nice modern apparent -Good equipment in the kitchen -very central location

-Main issue is the host. He mostly ignored me. When I booked he gave me a number and told me to send my 'documents' there. But i could not find the number on WhatsApp. When I asked him how to send the documents he ignored me for several weeks. I wrote him multiple times but got ignored. Is it really asked too much to answer your messages at least once a week? At some point he wrote me on WhatsApp, turns out he gave me the wrong number.... even after WhatsApp was established he only replied very sporadically. This was very annoying. -kitchen could use a sharp knife and something like a kitchen towel.

Bem localizado, limpo e organizado! Gostei muito. Os utensílios servem bem, espaço impecável.

Embora seja novo, organizado e bom, o espaço é muito quente, e o ventilador não consegue suprir à temperatura que, mesmo com a janela aberta, fica alta, tanto dia quanto a noite. Sugiro um ar-condicionado.

Buena localización. Cerca del centro. Edificio moderno y el departamento está muy bien.

El anfitrion usa un sistema de bot (chatbot) que no es del todo facil de entender. Es confuso y desorienta. Por suerte en esos caso, el anfittion humano aparece y soluciona todo. Pero podrían mejorar el chatbot. Es mu única sugerencia.
