This is not a luxury apartment

Nothing

This is not a luxury apartment, far from it. The place was filthy and there were scratching sounds coming from under the kitchen units. There was rubbish there from a previous stay. The place made our skin crawl. We left the property and paid for a hotel elsewhere.

Dirty and blocked sinks and toilet. Not worthy to be on any platform.

The space other than that it was dirty. The floor was terrible. I can’t describe how dirty it was.

The toilet was blocked and the toilet sink was blocked. The host refused to believe me but lucky for me I have photos which I have uploaded with this review. I don’t recommend this place.

Very dirty

The flat was spacious

Was very dirty Toilet was disgusting and the kitchen as well. The floor was not even clean a bit with the broom and the mop The towels i had to wash them and they had stains and after i was and dried them then the stains went away. I spend 2 hrs to clean the place before my family came. The hot shower doesn’t work is broken so we had no hot water to have a shower and the kitchen tap is broken too. The photos i attached are from me trying to clean a bit the place with the broom as the vacuum didn’t worked…i have more photos but i can not attach them all

Quiet apartment in a great location

Location was great, the American kitchen was good, the apartment was spacious and the beds comfy. We liked the door code as it was easy to use.

Sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable and not enough for 4 people. Kitchen tap didn't work properly, it sprayed water on us. The heater in the living room didn't heat the room up well. There was no cupboard in the bathroom only a small stool, plus the bin had no bag. Towels were not put in our bedrooms, we had to look for them. Owner promised slippers which, however, were not hygienic or usable (one was completely torn). The kitchen table was not cleaned thoroughly. Because of these reasons, we wouldn't rate this apartment luxurious, it was average.

Location was great, the American kitchen was good, the apartment was spacious and the beds comfy. We liked the door code as it was easy to use.

Great stay! Apartment was great, really spacious and in a quiet area. Perfect for an overnight stop in Luton!

An extra few pillows would have been appreciated but that wasn’t a major problem and we all slept well
