The apartment was very comfortable and convenient, especially for a business trip. I also appreciated small practical details such as having an iron available for my shirts.
The check-in experience was poor. I arrived around midnight and had not been sent the code for the digital lock, so I had to call the property; the lady then told me I was calling too late before eventually giving me the code. I had expected either clear check-in instructions in advance or someone to be there to hand over the keys.
More importantly, after the stay I requested an invoice because this was a business trip paid with my professional bank card, but the property explicitly refused to provide one.
