AVOID THIS PROPERTY — FILTHY, BROKEN FACILITIES, AND APPALLING MANAGEMENT

AVOID THIS PROPERTY — FILTHY, BROKEN FACILITIES, AND APPALLING MANAGEMENT I strongly recommend NOT booking this property, regardless of how cheap it is. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had, not just because of the unacceptable conditions, but because management showed absolutely no interest in resolving any of the problems. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. The apartment was dirty upon arrival, particularly the toilet and floors. The kitchen was completely nonfunctional, and the shower only produced extremely hot water because the cold water control was broken, making it practically impossible to shower safely. And curtains were broken as well. We reported everything multiple times. They sent a woman who simply inspected the problems and left without fixing or cleaning anything. Not a single issue was resolved during our stay. Despite repeatedly contacting the property and Booking.com, our complaints went unanswered. The only message management bothered to send was a reminder about checkout time, while completely ignoring every issue we had reported. Being cheap is NOT an excuse for poor hygiene, broken facilities, or such an appalling lack of customer service. We paid for basic accommodation, not luxury, yet even the most basic standards were not met. I would NEVER stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.

Doesn’t worth money

Nothing

Anti sanitation, the most uncleanest apartment that we can ever imagine.

1 / 10

the worst apartment i have ever seen on booking

spacious apartment, a lot of windows

incredibly filthy, the sofa bed had cigarette burns and yellow stains on it, the floor was dirty, the bed sheets were not fresh and smelled bad, dirty fridge, did not stay for the night had to get a different room because we were concerned about our health

Great location and good quality for the price.

Location was great. So close to restaurants and shops and easy access to the city centre. It was very nice and warm at night and also very quiet.

There wasn’t any toilet roll. Also there was only about 2 channels in the tv.

Mieszkanie ladne i z potencjalem, nowoczesne. Lokalizacja tez fajna.

Zaplamione łózko wygladajace po prostu obrzydliwie. Zalozylam dwie warstwy przescieradel i koc na nie by moc sie przespac. Internetu nie ma, telewizja tez nie dziala. Pralka smierdzaca, z czarna plesnia i starymi mokrymi recznikami w srodku. Obrzydliwe.
