I liked the location, the cleanliness level. It was as advertised.
I didn't like that there was only one towel and that they make a big point of charging you for an extra towel, that the small towel seemed to be used before me, as it was just thrown, not folded. I don't like that they charge you a cleaning fee but they can't even empty one trash can themselves. The toilet paper is the cheapest possible kind. The price is generally too high for this. I didn't like that I got confirmation that late check out was ok from the owner, but the cleaning lady wasn't informed of that and came before the agreed time. There was no coffee in the complimentary coffee jar, there was no ashtray for the balcony.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and feels brand new, which is even more impressive considering it is located in a very old building. Everything inside is modern, clean, stylish, and very well maintained. The service was excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive. The location is also fantastic, with the metro and bus stops just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the major attractions and famous places in Budapest quickly and easily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!
One small suggestion for improvement: it would be great to provide a few extra garbage bags for guests, especially for longer stays. It would also be very helpful to have a mop available, as guests staying for several days may want to clean the floor themselves to keep the apartment fresh and clean throughout their stay.

Location is very convenient to move to main sites.
Parking is an issue in Budapest as whole, it is not possible to pay parking for 24 h/day. Only by 3 hours at most. Need to follow timetable not to get fine (I got fined as haven’t payed for 30 min.).

La posizione
Siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte con 2 bambine e le chiavi per entrare in casa non erano nella cassettina per il checkin autonomo...ho chiamato l'host almeno 30 volte senza ricevere nessuna risposta. Alla fine cercando erano in un quadro elettrico. La tapparella del soggiorno non scendeva ed è rimasta alzata per 5 giorni.
