We were looking for a decent place to stay in Sagada and we found this here in Booking.com
When we arrived here, our booking wasn't listed to be arriving on that day but Kudos to the staff (Ali is his name) he was very helpful and he did everything to check the booking and made sure we were accommodated well.
Thankfully, he checked us in earlier.
To anyone who will book this place. Keep in mind that.
There is a mini store and water station just down below the hotel.
This place is near the road, expect you will always hear the sound of the vehicles passing by.( we didnt mind it as it was stated in other reviews) Overall, it was a decent stay. Plus they have unlimited coffee.
The property needs to be improved.
1. Our(301), the door on the balcony needs to change the lock. It would not locked.
2. The toilet door was hard to lock also and it made an annoying sound. The is a hole inside the toilet and we can hear something in grinding inside it.
3. The gaps on the room need to be fix too as we have somes bugs (roach) went inside our room. We were manage to shoo them away.

We were 3 pax, and the room was big enough for up to 4 to 5 people. It had a balcony facing the mountains, which we really liked. We were also allowed to check in early, so that was a plus. The receptionist was very friendly, warm, and kind.
The location is accessible and near the town proper if you’re okay with walking. The area is nice, and there are restaurants nearby. You might hear some vehicles in the morning if you’re a light sleeper, but overall, we had a great stay. The must try restos are also within the area.

The staff is really very kind and helpful. Before we left, we told about the bathroom. They took our criticism very seriously. They told me that they had just started and were still renovating. In that case, I would lower the price for the family room until it is in order
We paid 17500 for 7 nights! We just now arrived in our hotel in Baguio for the same price, but there is a world of difference between the two. Actually, looking back, I should have complained earlier. Because the price is preposterous for what we got.
The maintenance in the room was very bad. Especially the bathroom. Window cannot open, so all the damp stays in the room. The smell in the bathroom is horrible and has black mould. What do we have at our hotel now, was lacking there. Shampoo, cold drinking water, comfort, good furniture, and a fantastic breakfast. I know that every tourist place has its own price, but the price quality here was completely out of balance. If I had paid half, I would not have given the same low rating.
